We've gotten a few reports of some customers having issues logging in and/or reporting incidents via Relay. We're actively working to correct the issue and will post updates here as we know more.

UPDATE (5/31/2020 1:26pm ET): In certain circumstances, a small portion of users have not been successfully migrated to the latest version of the Relay platform, which is causing these problems. We're working on issuing a fix that will ensure all users are directed to the most up-to-date version.
UPDATE (5/31/2020 6:01pm ET): We've isolated a last round of issues preventing us from pushing a fix and are nearing our ability to push it up for expedited approval in the app stores. Hang with us, we're nearly there.
UPDATE (5/31/2020 10:39pm ET): We're still fixing our last issue and then will be pushing up to the app stores with all fixes.
UPDATE (6/1/2020 4:04am ET): We've fixed our last issue and completed our last round of testing. We're creating new versions of the app with these fixes and are sending off to the App Store(s) with requests for expedited approval. We'll post here when they're live.
RESOLVED (6/1/2020 5:50pm ET): Our requests for expedited review in the app stores were granted. We've gotten confirmation of approval and revised versions of the app in Apple's App and Google Play Stores should be making their way to everyone's phones in the coming hours. After updating, reach out to our support team if you experience any further issues.
