Relay uses the jurisdiction for each agency to ensure we properly route incidents to the appropriate agency. To ensure we have this jurisdiction properly set up, we ask ask to provide us with the digital geography of your area, usually managed by a GIS provider or person on staff.
At no time does Relay track any user in a directly identifiable way unless that user explicitly provides that information. When users choose to, Relay only shares their contact information with the agencies who are using Relay.
